Job deskipsi :
  • Organize calendar, attend meeting, prepare minutes of meetings
  • Organize business trips (including flights, accommodations, travel documents and travel expenses reporting, itinerary, documentation, etc.), appointments, and reservations
  • Involved in any preparation of corporate actions, in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Handle corporate souvenir, events, and promotions
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting Director and Commissioner may require
  • Helping management to screen potential employees if needed
  • Basic design skills such as Canva would be a plus point
  • Arrange Sales and Butlers monthly schedules
  • Handle company’s accounts (Glints, JobStreet, LinkedIn)
  • Assist potential tenant to view property
  • Assist administration from sister company
  • Arrange company’s get together
  • Various ad hoc requests
